Seymour police are asking for help to track down a man they're looking for. Police said there's a warrant out for the arrest of Jathon Phillips, 28, in Jackson County.
Metro Police are investigating their third homicide of the day on the city’s east side. Around 8:45 p.m. Saturday, police received a call of a possible person shot inside a vehicle that had just crashed into a large rock in a yard in the 3700 block of Celtic Drive. That scene is near East 38th Street and North Post Road
Shortly after 11:30 p.m. Saturday night, IMPD officers responded to the scene of a fatal accident at the 2600 block of East Stop 11 Road. Police say a white passenger car was speeding westbound on Stop 11 Road and started losing control.

Indianapolis police are investigating a report of sexual assault involving two students at Shortridge High School. The alleged incident was reported to IMPD shortly before 9 a.m. Tuesday. According to police reports, the assault happened at the school in the 3400 block of North Meridian Street, which is on the city’s near north side.
One person is dead after a recycling truck struck a pedestrian crossing bridge in Clarksville. Officials said a Red Ball Recycling truck struck the bridge at Brown Station Way, causing part of it to collapse.

A man was fatally struck by a freight train Monday night in northwest Indiana. The Lake County Coroner’s Office responded about 7:30 p.m. to the 4100 block of Delaware Street in Gary, Indiana, to investigate the death, according to a statement from the office.
One person was taken to the hospital Monday after an ambulance collided with a horse and buggy in southern Indiana. Indiana State Police said the ambulance, which was transporting a patient to the hospital, had its emergency lights activated but the siren was not on when it hit the last buggy in a line of horse-drawn buggies.

Kimberlin faces an additional charge of aggravated battery.
