3 month agoA juvenile was shot on the south side this evening in the 400 block of Buffalo Drive. Police tell it was a targeted attack. They found shell casings in the street and recovered a gun at the scene. No suspect info.

Indiana State Police are now walking back initial reports of three fatalities in Winchester, Indiana. Their explanation is that number may have come from the confusion during the direct aftermath of the storm
