Report of a home invasion that occurred in the 600 block of North Dixon. Suspect left prior to police arriving
The victims, both believed to be adults, were checked into separate hospitals after police responded about 2 p.m. to the 5200 block of East 38th Street for a call of shots fired
shots fired run just after 2pm at 5252 E. 38th/ Williams Bluitt Funeral Home. A funeral had just ended there. 2 people walked into hospitals shortly after with gunshot wounds. Both in serious but stable condition

2 year agoA @CarmelFireDept firefighter suffered a minor injury while battling a kitchen fire on Lakeshore Drive. They were treated at the scene and were able to go back to work. No other injuries were reported.

We hate to see this any day but especially on a sunny, Sunday, morning. Firefighters from Engine 83 responded to a vehicle fire in the 1300 block of South Dukane Street. They quickly brought the fire under control. Thankfully there were no reported injuries
