8 hour agoShots fired downtown early this morning. one person was hit along with at least 2 businesses. A person shot in the area of 14 E Washington Street. When officers got there they didn’t find anyone, but a short time later an adult male victim showed up to the hospital from this scene.
This morning police and residents have found multiple shell casings and bullet holes in Oceanaire and Starbucks.
The Elkhart Police Department confirms that at least 12 people were transported to area hospitals Sunday morning with gunshot wounds.
